Risk and Property
The goods are sent carriage paid and insured as per charge in the invoice. The goods are under the responsibility of Nautimarket Europe s.r.l.up to destination to customer’s address. In case the goods are shipped carriage forward, as per customer’s request (customer sends his carrier to pick up the goods from our warehouse), the risk is borne by the customer from the moment of delivery to the carrier. At the moment of delivery of the goods, the customer must verify that the packages are whole and that the number and quality corresponds to the accompanying delivery document (DDT). In the event of discrepancies, the customer must immediately place a note on the document of the courier stating “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION OF THE GOODS” specifying (e.g. package damaged, squashed, wet, has a hole etc.) on the appropriate delivery document and within eight days notify Nautimarket Europe s.r.l. via e-mail. Even if the package delivered is whole, the goods must be checked within eight days from receipt of same. Customer assumes full responsibility for what has been declared.
Orders
Minimum order is €30,00.
Orders are accepted only in written form, via fax or Internet (online). The customer submitting an order via Internet will receive notice, at the end of the procedure, confirming the order or via e-mail indicating the relative order number; assuming that after having sent the order, an order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the request will be considered as not having been received, to all effects of the law, even for accounting or administrative purposes or absence of the product.
For deliveries outside Italy, minimum order is € 50,00.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipment is free for orders over € 150,00 (value of goods only) for Italy.
Transport charges are automatically calculated by the system and are to be considered as a mere indication. In case of deliveries to secluded parts of the world, should the charges calculated automatically not be enough to cover the effective shipping cost, we shall contact you and inform you of the actual transport cost. If you consider this cost to be too high, we shall deduct the corresponding amount from the order, and you can send your transport company to collect the goods. However, we reserve the right not to deliver to parts of the world that are not covered by transport companies we consider reliable.
In case a customer refuses the goods for reasons not attributable to Nautimarket Europe s.r.l., he/she will be charged with the transports costs, both ways.
Prices
All the prices on the website are to be intended inclusive of VAT (expect for price lists destined to B2B export).
Prices can be modified at any time, without prior notice.
The website may contain unintentional errors and data which has not been updated, which we shall correct upon being informed of same.
The price list may contain possible errors due to telematic updates or of other nature for which Nautimarket Europe s.r.l. declines responsibility. Customer shall be contacted immediately and advised of such variation.
Shipments and deliveries
Average delivery time to the carrier is 10 working days from order. Orders placed after 12:00 on Fridays will be handed over to the carrier before 16:00 the following Tuesday. Once the carrier has taken over the order, delivery will take place during the following 48 hours in Italy.
Shipments will be carried out by express. Transport costs are automatically calculated by the system based on destination and weight-volume of the goods. In this case, and only when transport costs have been charged, the goods travel at our risk. We do not deliver to upper floors.
In case of theft or loss, Nautimarket Europe s.r.l. undertakes to send a new product and, where same is not available or is finished, will propose a different product but with the same features, with the right on the part of the customer to refuse said new product and request the issue of a credit note relative to said product.
In the event that the transport company has been entrusted by the customer, Nautimarket Europe s.r.l. shall not be held liable for any loss of or damage to the product from the moment the goods have been handed over to carrier at our warehouse.
Delivery, unless otherwise agreed to in writing between the parties, will take place during weekly office hours, excluding holidays, from Mondays to Fridays.
IMPORTANT:
At the moment of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered is the same as the number indicated in the delivery document (DDT); that the packaging is whole, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered including materials used to close the package (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Possible damages or number of packages that do not correspond, must be notified immediately to the courier effecting delivery, by placing the wording “subject to inspection of the goods” on the accompanying delivery document and confirming same via fax or e-mail, to the main office:

ATTENTION: If delivery is accepted without the necessary reserve as stated above, no claims can be made at a later date for missing items or damages caused during transport.
WARRANTIES
All goods sold benefit from a warranty by Nautimarket Europe s.r.l. and possible authorised service centres. Warranty period is 1 year for sale to companies and 2 years for private use (unless otherwise indicated on the specific products).
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE AND RETURN OF GOODS
If the items purchased are not to your satisfaction you may request a substitution or reimbursement within 14 days from date of receipt of same. You can simply send them via parcel post or courier by carriage prepaid enclosing the purchase document of the materials to be returned or substituted (without such document it will not be possible to proceed with the substitution or reimbursement). Items can be returned within 14 days from date of receipt of same provided that same is still in a new condition and in its original package. All additional expenses relating to the return of the items (transport costs, both ways) shall be borne by the customer. In case payment was made via credit card the commission charged for the payment shall be claimed.
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend that the items be well packed inasmuch as the customer is responsible for the integrity of same during the return process.
If you intend to return cut merchandise, 10% of the total value of goods will be withheld.
NB: Reimbursements for goods returned, shortage of goods or goods not available will be made within 30 days from notice.
Money back guarantee is applied only to sales to private individuals. Sales to companies are not covered by this regulation. It should be understood that all products sold by us are covered by a warranty as per the legislation in force at the time of purchase.
Note: The technical and aesthetic features of the items are purely indicative. The company is not responsible for any typographical errors or variations of features and prices introduced by the producers or for damages caused by improper use of the products. For any controversy, Udine shall be the only Court of competent jurisdiction. Regulations regarding increase or decrease of VAT, exchange rates or taxes on sales will give rise to adjustments.
