Conditions of Use

1) Registration and password:

When registering, you are asked for an email address (USERNAME) and the corresponding password. Please write down these data so that you can access your account again in the future (the lowercase and uppercase letters for the system are different, so pay attention). Our staff is not able to know the password of your account as it is stored encrypted during registration. In the event of losing your password, using the password recovery function it is possible to receive an email automatically generated by the system containing your registration data.

NOTE: The email is sent by a robot and in most cases it is identified as spam if you have an antivirus/spam system, so in the case of using the password recovery function, we recommend temporarily disabling your antispam.

Obviously the email will be sent to the address you wrote during the registration procedure so during the same be very careful to type your email address correctly.

If you are unable to recover your password, you can contact us and one of our operators will reset your password and manually assign you another one.

2) Liability

NAUTIMARKET EUROPE SRL is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, resulting from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the NAUTIMARKET EUROPE SRL website, including for delayed and/or failed delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to NAUTIMARKET EUROPE SRL..

 

3) Technical Information

The technical information included in the NAUTIMARKET EUROPE SRL website is obtained from the information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalog. NAUTIMARKET EUROPE SRL, therefore, reserves the right to modify/adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalog, based on what will be communicated by the manufacturers, even without prior notice. The images are indicative. 

4) Product Availability

In the product catalog published on the NAUTIMARKET EUROPE SRL websites, since access and the possibility of placing an order online modify the availability of the product in real time, NAUTIMARKET EUROPE SRL does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods, in the event of unavailability or delays we will contact the customer as soon as possible to provide alternatives.

5) Risk and Ownership

The goods are shipped carriage paid, insured with charge on the invoice. The goods are under the responsibility of NAUTIMARKET EUROPE SRL until they reach their destination, at the customer's address. In the event that the goods are shipped with carriage forward, upon indication of the customer (i.e. the customer sends his own carrier to collect the goods from our warehouse), the risk is to be considered borne by the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). In the event of non-conformity, the same must be reported immediately on the courier's bulletin by adding the wording "subject to control" and within eight days by fax or email, to NAUTIMARKET EUROPE SRL. Even in the presence of intact packaging, the goods must be checked within eight days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by fax or email within eight days. Any report beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared. 

6) Orders

Orders are accepted only and exclusively in written form, via the Internet (on line). The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming the order by electronic mail (E-mail), with the indication of the relative order number.

7) Cancellation of the order

In case of second thoughts, it is possible to cancel the order before shipping by sending a communication via email or via the contact form: shop@nautimarket-europe.com

8) Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

If you do not like the items you purchased, you can request a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt. Simply send them back by postal parcel or courier, carriage paid, enclosing the purchase receipt of the material to be returned or replaced. The items can be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as they are in new condition and in the original packaging, not damaged, not used as a shipping box and not used. The products must be intact for resale, including all accessories, manuals and various protective plastics. All additional costs for return procedures (transport costs) are the responsibility of the customer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: returns are only possible for private purchases, products sold with a VAT invoice cannot be returned.

IMPORTANT NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ORDERS OF MADE-TO-ORDER OR CUT PRODUCTS (electrical cables by the meter, pipes, fabrics, etc.).

THE RETURN GUARANTEE APPLIES ONLY TO PRIVATE CONSUMER CUSTOMERS (NOT APPLICABLE TO SALES WITH VAT NUMBER)

Note: it is recommended to adequately package the goods as the responsibility for their integrity during the return procedure lies with the sender. To make the return, contact our offices by email in order to obtain the return authorization and the address to which to send the package to be returned.

The refund will be issued within 30 days with the same method of payment received. 

9) Minimum Order

For shipments destined for Italy there is no minimum order, for goods destined within the European Community the minimum order is €50.00 (excluding transport costs).

The transport costs automatically indicated by the system are to be considered purely indicative. In the case of delivery to disadvantaged areas or parts of the world, if the amount automatically calculated by the system does not cover the actual shipping cost, we reserve the right to contact you to communicate the transport price. If you consider this excessively onerous, we can separate the cost of transport from the order (in this case you will have to send us your carrier for collection).

In any case, we reserve the right not to ship to areas or parts of the world not covered by our trusted carriers.

 

10) Prices

All prices listed on the site, in the relevant column are to be understood as prices including VAT. Prices can be changed at any time, without notice.

 

11) Payments

The goods supplied must be paid by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, Stripe, Cryptocurrencies.

Orders with payment by bank transfer are sent for processing only after the actual crediting to the account and we do not take receipts into account.

 12) Shipments and deliveries

Unless otherwise agreed, shipments will be made by carriers designated by NAUTIMARKET EUROPE SRL or its delegate. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically by the system, based on the destination and weight-volume of the goods.

WE OCCASIONALLY OFFER FREE SHIPPING ABOVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT, SEE OFFERS IF PRESENT.

We do not deliver to floors.

In the event of theft/loss, NAUTIMARKET EUROPE SRL undertakes to send a new product and, if the same is unavailable and/or out of stock, will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the option for the customer to not accept this new product and request the issuance of a credit note relating to the product itself.

 

In the event that the carrier is appointed in any capacity by the customer, NAUTIMARKET EUROPE SRL will not be responsible for the loss and/or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses.

 

The delivery time to the courier, purely indicative, is approximately 2-10 working days from the date of the order (unless otherwise specified on the product itself) to which 1-3 working days are added for delivery to destination, excluding variations due to force majeure.

Delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place during office hours on all days, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.

For extra-EU exports, customs charges for import are paid by the recipient.

 

IMPORTANT: Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

That the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or, in any case, altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage or discrepancy in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier who makes the delivery, by writing 'subject to control of goods' on the accompanying document and confirmed immediately by fax, e-mail or registered letter with return receipt to the operational headquarters:

Attention: if you accept the goods delivered by the courier without making the necessary reservations, you will not be able to claim any shortages or damages due to transport at a later time to NAUTIMARKET EUROPE SRL. but exclusively to the courier.

 

ATTENTION: products sent on PALLET are delivered at street level, pallet trucks are not suitable for climbing steps or difficult ramps, the customer must provide a shipping address accessible with a heavy truck.

 

OVESIZED pallets (larger than the EUR pallet) may require a forklift for unloading (at the buyer's expense).

 

If the delivery truck cannot reach the address provided by the customer (narrow road, no entry for heavy trucks, etc.) the customer must collect the goods at the courier's terminal.

 

IN AUGUST AND DECEMBER THERE MAY BE DELAYS DUE TO GOODS CIRCULATION BLOCKS, in particular goods on pallets and dangerous goods (ADR) have a forced block of circulation in the period from 15 December to 10 January and from 10 to 30 August.

 

13) Warranty

All goods sold are guaranteed by NAUTIMARKET EUROPE SRL and any assistance centers authorized by the manufacturers of the items.

 

Note: The technical and aesthetic characteristics and images of the items are indicative. The company is not liable for typographical errors or variations in the characteristics and prices introduced by the manufacturers or for damage caused by improper use of the products. For any dispute, the sole competent court is that of Udine. Regulations concerning increases or decreases in VAT, currency exchanges or sales taxes will give rise to adjustments.

These conditions of sale are valid only in Italy.

All prices in our price lists are to be understood in Euros.
