FEATURES:

Gloss enamel for bilges based on special resins to give good chemical properties, in particular against penetration of moisture, oils, lubricants, fuel and detergents. This odourless enamel can be applied directly, after preparation, on fibreglass, wood, steel and aluminium. Easy to apply, has good coverage power with excellent levelling.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The product is applied directly on clean, degreased and possibly sanded surface.
For new wood, primed with Fibrodur.
For new gel coat, degrease with Detersil, sand and then apply the product.
For new steel and aluminium, primed with Miniax Plx or Epoxy Primer
For the application on old single-component enamels, scrape off parts that are flaking.


APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Stir the product before use until it is completely even. Generally it does not require any dilution. Should it be necessary, then add Thinner 6470 up to a maximum of 5% by volume. Apply a uniform and wet thickness in order to ensure uniform coverage. To obtain adequate chemical resistance, apply two coats of the product with an interval recoating time of at least 8 hours at T = 20°C .
