Description
ZEP Paroxide is a rust converter. Chemically converts rust into a dry protective film which makes the surface ready for painting without further primer. The formula is a high concentration of active ingredients, has a high penetrating power through the rust and perfectly adheres to the treated surfaces. It is not toxic or flammable.
Method of use:
Remove any rust and flaky parts with a brush. Stir well. Apply evenly with a brush, roller, or spray, just like a normal paint. If the oxide layer is very thick, in order to achieve the best results it is necessary to apply two coats of the product. For metal surfaces that are not rusty and before applying PAROXIDE, it is recommended to degrease carefully with a 10% solution of RUSTOFF or KYMAX SPECIAL. Then rinse and allow to dry. Applying PAROXIDE when it is hot, dilute with 20% water.
Applications:
Wherever there is a rust problem: construction, industry, swimming pool sector, transport, general maintenance etc.
