Flat fender made of closed-cell EVA 100 + PE 30 foam. It has a solid foam construction and will not fail like air filled fenders under extreme loads. Quick installation with 4 holes for lines, can be deployed vertically or horizontally. Do not absorb water. No hydrocarbon retention. Easy storage. It does not scratch boat hulls.
