Multipurpose Horizontal Vertical Capstans

The range of mooring windlasses is designed to provide anchoring solutions for sail and motor boats from 6 to 70 (20 - 230 ft). All available both in the standard version with a mooring drum and low-profile version. IP66 watertight motor. Anodised aluminium gear box. 
A Vertical anchor windlass is characterised by its vertical rotation in relation to the deck which allows to use a smaller space above deck as the electric motor and the gear box are located in the chain locker.
 Please note that the height between the top of the stacked chain and the area below deck must be at least 300 mm in order to ensure a fast drop of the chain in the locker and an optimum performance of the windlass. 
The multipurpose capstan range is designed to weigh anchor onboard multihull boats or with little space available. It can be easily installed either above or below deck. Capstans with roller for rope. Capstans with drum for rope-chain. Capstan with roller for strap.
